Libby Brunell is a Partner and Senior Consultant with Cascadia Management Group, where she works alongside organizations to strengthen leadership, build organizational capacity, and create meaningful, lasting impact. Throughout her career, Libby has been driven by a commitment to helping people, organizations, and communities thrive.

Beyond her professional work, Libby has dedicated countless hours to volunteer leadership, nonprofit service, and charitable causes throughout Montana. She has served in leadership roles with the Missoula Downtown Foundation, Missoula Downtown Partnership, and Montana Jobs Network, while also donating her professional expertise to nonprofits through strategic planning, governance support, fundraising initiatives, workforce development, and organizational growth efforts.

Libby is passionate about giving back and believes that some of the most important work happens when people come together in service of others. Whether volunteering at community events such as Chicks n Chaps, mentoring leaders, or donating her time and talents to nonprofit organizations, she is committed to strengthening the communities she calls home.

His career trajectory showcases expertise in leadership, communication, sales, client relations, and team supervision.
