An “aging in place” home is a residence designed or modified to allow its occupants, typically older adults, to live safely, comfortably, and independently as they grow older. These homes often feature accessible layouts, such as single-level living, wider doorways, and no-step entrances, as well as safety enhancements like grab bars and non-slip flooring. The goal is to minimize barriers and reduce the need for relocation, enabling individuals to remain in their familiar environment throughout the aging process.
ADA Compliant Homes
& Yards
Our senior community offers thoughtfully designed ADA‑compliant homes that prioritize comfort, safety, and independence. Each residence features accessible layouts, wider doorways, step‑free entries, and user‑friendly fixtures to support mobility and ease of daily living. These homes are designed to adapt to residents’ changing needs while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. These homes will be able to go from an active lifestyle to a sedentary one as needed.
Small but Mighty & Modular
Our sanctuary prides itself on being a small home community. These homes provide ample space for comfortable living while keeping the upkeep and maintenance to a minimal. The inside of these homes are modular so that the living space can be configured as needed. They also will have solar power panels, water filtration systems, and backup generators.
Singles or Doubles Options
Some of our residents will have a significant other that will be living with them. Our single homes offer a large master bedroom. However, if our residents don't want to live alone and would prefer a roommate....we can make that happen! We will have 2 bedroom, 2 bath models available and we'll even help you find your future roommate.
Medical Alarm Services In Every Home
Our senior homes are equipped with reliable medical alarm services designed to provide peace of mind for residents and their families. These systems allow seniors to quickly call for help in the event of a fall, sudden illness, or other medical emergency, ensuring immediate connection to trained responders. By having round-the-clock monitoring and easy-to-use alert devices in each home, we help residents maintain their independence while knowing support is always just a button press away.
All Utilities are Included, Even Wi-Fi
All utilities are included in our senior homes, making daily living simple and stress-free. Residents enjoy comfortable, worry-free living with electricity, water, heating, and other essential services fully covered. We even provide wi-fi! This all-inclusive approach helps eliminate bills, allowing seniors to focus on what truly matters—enjoying their home, their community, and peace of mind.
Laundry Units or Laundry Service?
Each home will come equipped with its own washer and dryer unit. However, if there comes a time that a resident is unable to do their own laundry, we will have pickup and drop off service provided.
Maintenance Services
are Provided
Maintenance services at each senior home are provided by dedicated staff who handle routine upkeep, inspections, and repairs. Requests are addressed promptly, with priority given to resident safety, comfort, and minimal disruption. Never again will you have to climb a ladder to switch out a lightbulb!
Yard Services are Included
Our Yard Services are designed to help senior residents enjoy a safe, well‑kept outdoor space without the physical strain of yard work. From lawn mowing and leaf removal to seasonal clean‑ups, our reliable team takes care of the details so residents can relax, stay independent, and take pride in their home’s appearance year‑round.
